I am being overwhelmed with messages from Spyware Beware but I cannot unsubscribe.  There is no "View Subscriptions" item in the control Panel settings of my XP.   Can someone help me.

Hi. Smiley
Goto My Controls/Subcsriptions and select either View Topics and/or View Forums.
Place a check next to the ones you want and select Unsubscribe.
