Hi, I found this image on the internet on a friend's website... and the image links to a text file that has this format:

www.pgp.com(a bunch of numbers and letters are here, but I'm not showing for privacy reasons)
-----END PGP MESSAGE-----
I downloaded PGP 9.0... and I had no idea what to do with this.
It is my guess that the image has a pgp message inside of it, and the
-----BEGIN PGP MESSAGE-----
-----END PGP MESSAGE-----
is the key that decrypts it.
Is this correct?
Or is the PGP message only contained within the
-----BEGIN PGP MESSAGE-----
-----END PGP MESSAGE-----
?
Can someone please tell me what to do?
