Well as some may know, I somehow managed to download a reg cure pro application that scanned my computer for errors, well, I recently installed a purchased copy of AVG Antivirus 2013, which came with a tune-up scanner, but requires another avg program to run, so I figured why not ask the experts over at Spyware Beware for assistance, as it is my parent's copy of AVG which they are obviously letting me use. Okay so, AVG TuneUp scan has told me that I have 161 registry errors, and 1763 junk file errors (whatever in the heck that means), the last tool I used for this told me I had 1 performance problem, 38 privacy setting issues, and 279 junk files, so perhaps we can clean up the other problems as well?

I replied to your previous post but you never replied back?

Other than the "errors" these programs are convincing you that you have, what problems are you having with the computer exactly?

Thought it might have been closed by now...sorry. Umm there aren't really any noticeable differences, I installed a new anti virus and it slowed it down a little bit, but that's all

I would ignore the "errors" these types of programs tell you that you have. Your computer will run fine without "fixing" them.

If you're having specific problems then feel free to give us a description of what the problem is here and we'll do our best to help. Smiley

Slowness after installing a new AV or upgrading an existing one can sometimes happen if the new one is more resource hungry than the previous one. Some users of AVG are finding this is an issue for them with newer versions of AVG.
